Module 1

To get started we introduce you to the fundamentals of leveraging AI for content creation and prompt engineering. You will develop skills in crafting effective prompts for generative AI, ensuring accurate and business-relevant outputs.

This module also covers techniques for creating engaging content using AI-driven tools, including planning, generating, and refining digital materials. Learners will gain hands-on experience in optimizing AI outputs for creative and professional applications, enhancing both efficiency and content quality.


Module 2

Module 2 focuses on using AI technologies for data analysis and digital strategy. You’ll explore AI-driven techniques to collect and analyse data from various sources, generating valuable insights and forecasts for informed business decisions.

This module also covers how to optimise a brand’s digital presence using AI, including analysing digital assets, target audiences, and creating tailored strategies. This knowledge will enable learners to enhance online visibility, engage audiences, and stay competitive in the digital landscape.


Module 3

This module centers on enhancing business operations and customer experience through AI technologies. You’ll identify opportunities to improve business processes by integrating AI solutions that streamline workflows, automate tasks, and boost efficiency.

We also cover the use of AI to elevate customer service, including assessing current practices and implementing AI tools to enhance customer interactions. By the end of this module, you’ll understand how to apply AI for more agile business operations and a superior customer experience.


Module 4

Here it’s all about the ethical use of AI and the identification of opportunities for AI-driven solutions. You’ll develop critical thinking skills to evaluate AI technologies against ethical standards, ensuring responsible AI practices in the workplace. You’ll also explore how AI, machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) can automate tasks and improve productivity. By analysing business processes and reviewing case studies, you will identify areas for AI integration and propose strategies that enhance efficiency across various ICT roles.

Course Duration

This course is designed to be completed within 12 – 24 months however you have up to 24 months to complete the course.

There is no minimum timeframe to complete this course. Students who are highly motivated and well organised can complete the full course at an accelerated pace.
