Course Assessments

The good news is there are no exams.

Forget trying to show everything you’ve learned in a three-hour anxiety-driven writing marathon! We want you to demonstrate your skills the way you would in the real world.

There are two main types of assessments: written, and practical. The written assessments include short answer questions on theory and practice topics.

The practical assessments are workplace simulations. You’ll be put in the role of a conveyancer at a medium-sized practice. You’ll get to work on a variety of client files, as well as practice management tasks. The details mean you get great practice without the pressure of working with real clients. It’s the ideal way to ease into a higher level of responsibility.

Career Opportunities

A career that’s never the same day to day

Moving house is statistically one of the most stressful events in a person’s life. Buying and selling property isn’t just a simple transaction; there’s an investment of time, energy and emotion as well. Becoming a conveyancer is your chance to make that process a lot smoother and easier for hundreds of clients every year.

It’s also a well-paid, secure job that’s set to get even more rewarding in coming years, as current market trends play out. Thousands of homes and investment properties will change hands – and you could be in the thick of it.

Conveyancing is a great career for those who are detail oriented and process driven, with the people skills to really connect with clients. There’s also great potential for flexibility, with online conveyancing services in high demand. Download a course brochure now to explore more industry insights.

If you’re interested in obtaining a conveyancer’s license to further your career, our course meets the educational requirements.
